This morning I focused on my biceps and triceps. Here's the workout that I did:
3x15 standard bicep curls
2x15 tricep push-ups
3x15 hammer curls
3x15 tricep extensions
3x15 Arnold press
2x10 plank with a tricep extension (10 on each arm)
3x15 tricep dips
It took me about 40 minutes to complete.
