On Monday night for dinner I ended up having another little random combination. That often happens because usually I'll just plan out foods for the day that fit, and sometimes it ends up being an assortment of stuff.
This was one of those occasions so I stuck with my specialty of throwing it all together in a bowl! We had some extra burgers from Monday that we had frozen so we thawed them out and my sister grilled them for dinner.
This bowl had:
1/2 cup brown rice
4 oz of our homemade kale turkey burgers
10 brussel sprouts
tomato slices (home grown in Amanda's garden!)
macros: 310 calories, 29g protein, 23g carbs, and 9g fat
